We accept most traditional insurance plans. Contact our office or your insurance company to verify acceptance of your plan. We are a Delta Dental Premier Insurance Provider.
We will gladly file your insurance claim. Your portion of the coinsurance will be due at the time of service. You will be responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance company. We strive to get accurate payment estimates from your insurance company but cannot guarantee payment.
A cash discount will be applied to patients without insurance.
We do not participate in Health Managements Organizations or government funded aid.
